This Premium residence is located in a holiday park on the Pointe du Helleux, between Saint-François and Pointe-à-Pitre. It has two white, sandy beaches with sun loungers.

The apartments are located in a quiet part of the holiday park, 5 minutes from reception. Most of the apartments have a sea view. Air conditioned and refurbished, the apartments benefit from hotel services such as daily housekeeping. In the same area, there is a swimming pool, spa, tearoom and fitness studio.

All the holiday village's leisure facilities are open to guests. A large pool, a tennis court, a boules pitch, a play area and sites for beach volleyball and beach soccer.

A new water sports centre has been opened on a newly-equipped beach, offering a range of activities such as jet skiing and surfing lessons. Kite surfing lessons are also available near the residence.

Shows and evening entertainment take place in the open-air theatre. Daytime and evening entertainment and activities programme. Children's clubs (charges apply) (inclusive for ages 12 to 17) as well as daytime and evening entertainment and activities.

3 restaurants include Le Balaou - on the edge of Les Tamarins beach, newly refurbished and serving fresh daily produce in a charming setting - a snack bar and a cocktail bar where you can discover the tastes and fragrances of the West Indies.
