Situated in a charming and peaceful hamlet, in very large and beautifully landscaped grounds, the "Caretaker's House", with separate garden and private swimming pool, is set in a park adjoining the owners' magnificent 16th century manor house. Well restored, the interior offers a high degree of comfort. Textiles, furniture and antiques have been carefully chosen to complement the many original features, while including modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beautiful garden borders the river Isle, (fishing possible). The old town of Périgueux, with its famous market and cobbled streets, is nearby. It is an ideal place to discover the richness of the Périgord, with easy access to a wide variety of attractions: river walks, canoeing, markets, vineyards and prehistoric sites.
NB: To ensure the well-being of all and to respect the particularly calm atmosphere that reigns here, the house is not suitable for children.
Swimming pool mid-May to mid-September.
