This holiday home, a bright villa from the 1960s, is located on the heights of the village of Penne d'Agenais. The layout of the house is simple but comfortable and well equipped. Equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is ideal for holidays with family or friends. The 2 beautiful terraces are opposite each other and you can enjoy its exterior at any time of the day. Located on a plot of land with private access, you can quietly enjoy its vast garden dotted with fruit trees where many birds nestle. On the circuit of the bastides or the roads of Santiago de Compostela, the medieval city of Penne d'Agenais has inherited its eventful history of character houses and the remains of fortifications. At the bend of the steep alleys, we discover art craft workshops, galleries and restaurants. As you stroll to the sanctuary of Peyragude, you will enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Lot Valley, the port of Penne and the Pays de Serre. Formerly a merchant river port, it is now a privileged stopover for boaters who sail between Aiguillon and the Lustrac dam (navigable distance 65km). Agen airport is 40 minutes away (daily flights from Paris Orly Sud) and Penne station is served by the TER Périgueux - Agen line. Finally the A62 exit Agen or Aiguillon are 40 minutes away. Penne enjoys an exceptional location on the borders of Périgord, Guyenne and Quercy. You will very quickly be charmed by the surrounding countryside and the breathtaking views.
