It is located on a small hill in the Drôme, 20 km from Montélimar and 8 km from the center of Roynac. The nearest neighbors live 600 m away and here you can experience incomparable tranquility and a pretty swimming pool overlooking the peaceful and magnificent nature.
The beautifully furnished interiors are very comfortable and perfect for 2 to 3 families with children: they consist of two independent buildings and offer plenty of privacy. Roynac is a small, picturesque village in the countryside with wonderful hiking trails. A magnificent setting for this old building and its beautiful swimming pool, warm welcome but: unacceptable bedding, worn kitchen equipment (broken chairs) and not adapted to the capacity of the house, when the adjoining cottage, already occupied by dormice (smells, noises ...). To renovate to deserve the qualification of exceptional property!
