Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The room with the bunk beds is a through room.Central heating is electrical, there is a charge for the period up to 31.05 and from 15.09 up to the end of the contract. There is no charge for the electricity for the period between 01/06 and 15/09.

Private: garden 100 m2 (fenced) with lawn. Garden furniture, barbecue. Steep, narrow motor access to the house. Public parking 50 m on the road. Grocery 3 km, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 9.8 km. The owner tends to the garden during the week.
