2-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table and CD-player. Exit to the garden, to the patio, to the swimming pool. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Upper floor: 1 open double bedroom. Open living/sleeping room with 2 sofabeds and TV. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). 1 pet/ dog allowed. The double bedroom and the living roomwith the 2 armchair beds are separated by a little wall, therefore there are not 2 completely independent. On the back of the house there is another shower/WC which can only be reached from the swimming pool at diposal of our guests.
Casa Tara is a nice hayloft renovated with care to the typical Tuscan style. Ideal starting point to visit the Chianti area, the fresher Casentino area anf of course the most important city of arts. Country house "Tara". 15 km from the centre of Arezzo, 35 km from the centre of Siena, 50 km from the centre of Firenze. For shared use: garden (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 110 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 09.May. - 26.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, barbecue. Private: arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises.
