Typical farmhouse, in the hills surrounding Lucca, where the most beautiful historical villas of the surroundings are located, offers a panoramic position overlooking olive groves and vineyards. The house, completely independent, is 500 m approx. the Fattoria di Colle Verde which it belongs. Recent restoration has safeguarded the eighteenth-century origins of the building, the furniture is made of nice pieces in rustic style. Large furnished loggia, wide private areas with fruit trees, prefabricated, the swimming pool built in the ground (6 m diameter, 15/05-25/09). Lucca 10 km and beaches of Versilia 30 km. Near the Fattoria di Colle Verde, sale of olive oil and wine and cooking classes on request (95 Euro per person, lunch or dinner included). Cook on request 35 Euro/person, baby sitter on request 15 Euro/hour. Washing machine at the Fattoria Colle Verde (extra, 4 Euro per machine).
