Air conditioned apartment in a family residence with community swimming pool, only 3 minutes walk from the beach and La Pineda's tourist centre.
It stands on the first floor, is well maintained and very functional, with a kitchen opening upto the living room and a direct access out to a large covered terrace, furnished with tables, chairs, sofa and armchairs, and which can be closed with rolling blinds providing therefore an additional living area.
It also counts with a main bedroom with double bed, a cabin with 2 single bunk beds as well as a complete bathroom with Italian shower and there are two wide picture windows, in the living room and main bedroom, to walk out to the terrace.
Cute, with renovated furnishing, this is a bright property, comfortably equipped for 6 people with much storage available, a complete range of household appliances, etc … which includes the air conditioning, the complete linen with sheets and shower towels as well as an Internet Wifi connection.
There is no private parking spot but it is possible ti park for free in the streets around the residence.

La Pineda extends all the way by a long fine sand beach, appreciated by families for its crystal water and soft slope, ideal for young children; it is lined by a beautiful maritime promenade, for walks and rides, fitted out with palm trees, high pine trees, children playgrounds, shops and pretty fountains.
The seaside resort is favourable to family tourism as it offers activities for people of all age including the Aquopolis water park with its dolphin show, the modern Aquum Spa and Thalasso centre, sports and entertainment activities on the beach, many tapas bars, chill-out cafes, ice-cream makers, shops of all sorts, children playgrounds, musical bars, as well as the big Pacha Nightclub.
From La Pineda, you easily reach Cap Salou, a quiet and family residential area, nestled among a more preserved and natural environment which offers large sand creeks as well as a little shopping centre with stores, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, bus stops with regular 24-24 lines, etc …
Cap Salou has the most beautiful beaches and creeks over Salou, all of them connected to one another and to the resort's animated centre thanks to a pedestrian footbridge which was fitted out a couple of years ago and runs all along the coast.
