Beautiful independent villa with private pool situated on a large 70-hectare estate at the foot at the lovely town of Assisi. This villa, surrounded by vineyards and century-old olive groves, offers amazing views over Assisi. On the estate there also is a hotel with a restaurant, a tennis court (free of charge during the day) and a nice spa.
The beautiful, renowned church of Santa Maria degli Angeli is a short distance away.
The house's central location is convenient for visiting Umbria's most important places of interest such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Foligno, Todi, Spoleto etc..
The access to the villa is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Santa Maria degli Angeli with shops of all kinds 2 km away, Assisi (with the renowned church of San Francesco) 7 km, Spello 15 km away, Perugia 20 km, Foligno 20 km away, Montefalco 25 km, Gubbio 50 km, Todi 50 km away, Spoleto a 55 km away.
At guests' disposal: garden with private swimming-pool (12 x 4 m - min. depth 1,2 m - max. depth 1,3 m - open from 01/05 through 30/09), barbecue, free access to the hotel gym, access to the hotel tennis court and to the five-a-side football field (free use during the day). The villa provides WI-FI internet (free of charge).

Extra services included in the rental price: 1 hour daily cleaning of the kitchen and living room.
Extra services to be paid on the spot: extra maid service available at EUR 15,- / per hour. 1 baby bed available upon request. Access to the hotel spa (with sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sensory shower..) at EUR 35,- for a 100- minute access (the spa access is not allowed under 18 years). Bikes available for rent.
Pets are permitted for an extra charge of EUR 25,- / per animal.
