This recently built house, provides bright, modern accommodation in peaceful surroundings. The spacious open plan living room has a sofa and dining table and chairs, satellite TV with DVD player and WiFi access. The kitchen area has a mixed gas/electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, cafetiere and toaster. Attractive double bedroom, bathroom and separate wc. On the lower ground floor is laundry room with washing machine. Cot and highchair available. Bed linen and towels available at extra cost payable locally.
Romantic hideaway with lovely views Position: Under a mile from the village of Plazac with its local shop, bakery, small supermarket for organic produce, friendly café/bar, post office and tennis courts. Rouffignac, for all your shopping needs and its Sunday farmers market is about four miles away, with Montignac, Lascaux and Les Eyzies about 10 miles away and Sarlat about 20 miles. There are many wonderful walks to enjoy in the area and canoeing on the river Vézère nearby. Set on a hillside with panoramic views over Plazac and the valley beyond, the house is surrounded by delightful wooded grounds, full of wild orchids. A path leads up to the private pool (11x5m) with wood decking surrounds and sun loungers above the house. A balcony leading off the living room provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals. Barbecue provided.
