Apartment very well located at the entrance of the shopping street and near the slopes. The only drawback is the insulation for the noise of the stairs and especially of the street very early in the morning. Ideal for 2 or 3 people.

Very aesthetic housing but not functional Only one electric plug at the level of the kitchen sink which imposes to put kettle and toaster IN the sink to be able to use it, of the blow dangerous. Vmc not functional, a lot of fog (clogged) '. Ditto hot water tank or defective pipes: every day the hot water runs yellow and is probably unfit for consumption. The standards are 3 sockets in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. Very few other outlets as they are all occupied by radiators or extra lamps. No shower curtain at the bathtub and no support for the shower head: so you have to take a bath every day? Magnificent apartment well located but which would require a handing-over with the current taste and the standards (hygiene safety) as well as to improve on the level functionality. Leave tel what I think for 30 years .... Not enough flow to have the image on the TV either.... The closets would need to be emptied of old stuff (crumb catcher quite dirty) so that tenants have more room to store their stuff. More beautiful than the picture but disappointed with the rest

Too close to parking and deliveries. No outside landscaping even though there is a green space in front of the apartment. A coffee table, armchairs would have been welcome
