The house is located just west of Siena and south of Florence, so there are good opportunities for trips out in the area. The nearest town is approx. 15 km away and the nearest restaurant is about 2 km away.

The house has 2 floors (100m2). On the ground floor you can see the typical Tuscan stone walls and stone floors. Here is the living room with fireplace, dining area and SAT. T. In addition to this there is the kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms - one with double bed and one with twin beds. Furthermore, a bathroom. All with stone floors.
Outdoor:
Outside (500m2) you will find the garden with sun loungers, parasols and patio furniture. There is a private pool, and it's open from June until end of September. It is also possible to barbecue in the garden. There is also a car park.
