Beautiful holiday apartment for rent on the hills of Capannori. It is located at a height of 150 on the level of the sea in Compito. From here you can admire a wonderful view of the valley.
This area is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday in the beautiful Tuscany.
From here you can reach very easily the main areas of Tuscany.
Pisa, Lucca and Florence are less than an hour far, the sea of Viareggio and Versilia are only 40 Km away.
Casa Massimo has been converted and restored from a rustic, it retains original features such as the wooden beams.
The house in question has a outside fenced space with table, chairs and barbecue and a part with lawn on which is a hexagonal pool (4 x 4 meters, depth 110 cm, open from 15 June to 15 September) and chairs.
First floor: Living room with satellite TV, dining area and kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board and washing machine.
Magnificent terrace with table, chairs and panoramic views.
Second floor: bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi bath tub and shower.
Third Floor: Two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower.
Good furnished.
Every following extras are compulsory :
