This new residence is located in the vicinity immediate of the center of the station. It comprises 32 apartments out of 4 levels.

It's the 4th year we've rented this apartment, more and more expensive every year for a decreasing service, no Wifi or paying 40 euro but not working, we were reimbursed, swimming pool but jacusi out of order, cleanliness of the accommodation on our arrival which left something to be desired with dust in the corners, sink and shower drain clogged, (no intervention) missing a cushion, reception deported to Castor and Polux, at the very top of the resort for a rental at the Deneb almost at the bottom, reception which hides behind the fact that it does not manage the apartments of the Deneb with each problem reported. Elevator broke down on the 2nd day, Sunday, and the front desk had to call the property manager because he doesn't manage the Deneb. 1 out of 3 light bulbs in the bathroom not working, you don't want to shave (no intervention). Family pass up sharply every year, archery and rifle shooting added this year, excellent, mountain bike trails excellent, for those in the family who do mountain biking. For the others, lots of advertising for massages, but nothing available or on weekends, and since we're leaving on Saturday...lol. Free swimming pool and it shows (no room to swim, packed to the rafters...). Limited hiking once we'd done the 2 main ones. My son had a great time on the mountain bike trails, as did I, but this will be our last time at Risoul. The reason: more and more expensive for less quality service, we no longer see the 4 stars.

Old and dirty accommodation not at all worthy of a 4 star. Moisture stains on the walls of the ceiling due to water damage, on the walls of the bathroom too. Radiator very dirty, sloppy cleaning done in a hurry, dust not even done. The shower column was broken and we had to use a system D with a rubber band to wash ourselves. The problem had been signaled at the entrance a technician was supposed to intervene to change it but he never came to replace it. No hair dryer although it is mentioned in the ad. The table in the living room was hanging on a thread, we should think about changing the furniture. We took extra sheets that were supposed to be clean, to our great dismay when we opened them they were dirty and full of hair and the comforter was yellow. Otherwise, apart from all these inconveniences, we still had a good stay with friends in Risoul.

Studio with little sunlight. The bathroom needs to be redone. Apart from that nice apartment well equipped, with a nice area for a studio. It lacks cupboards to store clothes, the space of this apartment allows it.
