DAY TRIPS - GUIDED TOURS
From 2016 two day trips per week! - Every week you can sign up for a day trip (or both), you can sign in during your stay or you can book your trips in advance.
The purpose is to let you relax and sit back, to take you somewhere you'd probably never happen to go yourself, unusual touritsic destination where you don't have to worry about the language barrier, the organisation and the driving.
This Farmhouse (16 people capacity, 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 terraces, big garden in front) on a very private property (10 hectares) surrounded by the countryside characterized by the famous fir-tree arrows, vineyards and olive groves.
Four Apartements, Indipendent entrance.
Two big ones:
Acqua- 6 people, 2 double rooms, 1 twins; 3 toilets with shower cabin, one ensuite.
Big kitchen, (microwave, fridge/freezer, stoves, oven, coffee/tea machines), dining room (Satellite TV, big LCD screen) and a reading room with guides and books.
Terrace with table and chairs, with view in front of the house.
Ocra- - 5 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets. Double bedroom with toilet ensuite (shower cabin); three single beds, toilet both with shower cabin. Big kitchen (microwave, oven, stoves, fridge/freezer, coffee/tea machines), dining room and living room (Satellite TV, Big LCD screen).
Big Terrace (60mq) with veranda, chairs, tables.
Two smaller, garden In front:
Ametista- - 2 people, 1 bedroom, toilet ensuite (shower cabin). Kitchen (microwave with grill, stove, fridge, coffee/tea machines, bread toaster) and dining room (satellite TV). Outside facing the garden, veranda with table and chairs.
Terra- - 3 people, 1 bedroom and one toilet (shower cabin). Kitchen (microwave with grill, stove, fridge, coffee/tea machines, toaster) and dining room ( satellite TV). Veranda outside, with table and chairs facing garden.
Particularity: walls are in stones, pavements are in artisanal "cotto toscano"
All the property has internet WI-FI coverage.

VISITING
CASA TERRA (38 m² on the ground floor) sleeps 2 + 1 people, has a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a dining area suitable for three people.
It is next to the unit AMETISTA one on the right side, is the second unit facing the garden downstairs. This small apartment has one of the most beautiful walls compared to the rest of the house, a stone wall in the traditional Tuscan style.
Terra, same as Ametista, has an outside covered space with table and chairs.
It has a large French-door entrance which helps to light the inside. The big room holds the eat-in kitchen, with stone sink, wood dish rack, and all the facilities, such as: fridge with small freezer, microwave, coffee machine and oven; a round table for 3 people, and a sofa-bed aside. The room also has Tv with free satellite channels available.
On the right side of the kitchen- dining room area, there is a door to the bathroom, with shower cabin and hairdryer available. At the other side of the main room, the double bedroom. A double bed, night tables and wardrobe. The bedroom is lighten up by another small French- door.
(The bedroom have a fan available, outside the unit there’s a small BBQ for our guests)
Every following extras are compulsory :
