Ancient villa dating back to the 19th century which has been carefully and tastefully restored and turned into a charming country house. This property is nicely located, amidst olive trees and enjoys beautiful views over the surrounding landscape. The villa is surrounded by a large garden partially shaded, offering natural terraces, a nice pool and charming corners for al-fresco dining. A covered terrace furnished with tables and chairs is also available. The furnishing is cozy in a rustic style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 700 meters.
Distances: Foligno with all kinds of shops 6 km away, Spello 8 km, the charming small town of Assisi 26 km, Spoleto 34 km away, Perugia 43 km, Todi approx. 50 km away. Lake Trasimeno 63 km, Gubbio 74 km away, Cortona approx. 90 km, Siena 149 km away, Roma 175 km, Florence 190 km away, Pisa 289 km.
At guests’ disposal: large garden (2000 square meters), lightened swimming-pool (5 x 10 m – depth from 1,1 to 2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) with shower (cold water), solarium (with nice gazebo and sun-beds), covered furnished terrace (20 square meters), gazebo with tables, chairs, large barbecue and sink. Simple furnishing.
This apartment is available upon request by paying an extra charge of € 400,- / per week (payable on site)
