This property is in panoramic location in a valley on the Arno river, only a short distance away from the small town of Montelupo Fiorentino (renowned for the production of artistic ceramics). Florence is only 20 km away and it is easily accessible by train (25 minutes from Montelupo). The villa is surrounded by a large garden and a nice fenced-in pool to be shared among the units on the premises.
