Beautiful villa dating back to the beginning of the 19th century, entirely and carefully restored in 2011 and turned into a welcoming country-side house surrounded by woods.
This villa is in the area of Valdinievole, a short distance away from the nice town of Montecatini Terme with renowned spas. Outside guests can enjoy use of well-maintained garden with private pool. The interiors are tastefully furnished.
A small chapel and the key-holder’s house are on the premises, near the villa.
This property is centrally located and allows easy access to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the Verisilia coastline area with nice shops, restaurants and night-life.
Distances: Massa with groceries 2 km away, Montecatini with general stores and railway station 8 km away, Lucca 35 km away, Pisa (airport) 60 km, Viareggio (Tuscan coastline) with nice beaches 65 km away, Florence (airport) 75 km away.
