Welcoming apartments created from the restoration of an ancient property whose origins date back to the 14th century, situated in Florence surroundings. This property is part of a large 200-hectare farming estate with olive groves and vineyards producing excellent olive oil and wines.
This property offers a shared pool approx.. 300 meters away from the units Collina 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and 150 meters away from Collina 6 and 7.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: San Donato in collina with general stores 1,5 km away, Bagno a Ripoli and Rignano 8 km, Florence (airport) 20 km away, Arezzo 65 km, San Gimignano 65 km away, Siena 70 km, Cortona 85 km, Lucca 95 km, Pisa (airport) 122 km away.
At guests’ disposal: outdoor areas, shared swimming-pool (9 x 8 m – depth 1,5 m – open from 01/05 through 30/09), 4 bikes.

Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request (free of charge). Extra bed (or sofa-bed) € 20,- / per night (to be paid on the spot). Pets are allowed only in apartment Collina 1, 2, 6 and 7 by paying an extra charge of € 25,- / per pet to be paid on the spot.
