Nice hamlet comprising 5 farmhouses which have been completely restored and turned into 16 welcoming apartments, situated a short distance away from the town of Montaione, in the heart of Tuscan country-side. The property's central location is convenient for visiting Tuscany's most important places of interest such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and the entire Chianti area with its characteristic villages (Castellina, Greve, Radda, Gaiole, etc).
Outside guests can enjoy use of 2 nice pools, a tennis court, a basketball court, volleyball, five-a-side football, a playground for children and 4 double bedrooms in B/B.
All of the apartments are nicely furnished in a rustic style and provide a personal outdoor area equipped for al-fresco dining.
The property owners run an excellent restaurant on the premises offering genuine recipes of the local traditions.
A small creek runs along the property.
Distances: Montaione with shops of all kinds 5 km away, supermarket 3 km away, San Miniato 18 km, San Gimignano 25 km away, Volterra 40 km, Florence, Pisa and Lucca are approx. 60 km away, Siena 70 km, the Versilia coastline area with beautiful beaches, nice restaurants and nightlife approx. 90 km away. Castelfalfi Golf Club (18 holes) is 15 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large outside areas with (concrete) tennis court, basketball court, volleyball, five-a-side football and a playground for children, table-tennis, swimming-pool for children (10 square meters – depth 0,25 m), large swimming-pool of 112 square meters (min. depth 0,9 m - max. depth of 1,95 m – open from 01/05 through 30/10), second swimming- pool of 72 square meters (min. depth 0,9 m - max. depth of 1,95 m – open from 01/05 through 30/10). Both pools have a salt purification system. The apartments Luciana 7 and Luciana 8 provide WI-FI internet while for the other apartments there is a common area with internet access. All of the apartments provide satellite TV and a personal, furnished outside area.

Upon request some double beds can be turned in twin-beds and vice versa.
Extra services to be paid on the spot: 5 baby beds are available at € 5,- / day. Maid service available by arrangement (€ 16,- / per hour). Upon request it is possible to organize cooking classes, breakfast service (€ 12,- / per person for adults and € 8,- / per person for children). Bikes for rent. Possibility of hiring an extra sofa-bed/bed at € 10,- / person / per night.
