Rural building dating back to the 1500s that has been carefully renovated and converted into 6 comfortable apartments. Located at the foot of the hill on which sits the famous Etruscan city of Cortona, it offers a spacious, well-tended garden with a pool. The 6 apartments are tastefully furnished and very comfortable.
The town of Camucia, 2 km away, has a local train station with convenient connections to the most important cities of Tuscany and Umbria. About 100 meters from the property there is a bus stop for reaching the surrounding areas.
A secondary road (that connects Cortona to Castiglion Fiorentino) runs about 50 meters from the property.
