Beautiful independent villa with private, panoramic pool just a few kilometers from Lake Trasimeno, on the border of the splendid regions of Tuscany and Umbria. The property has been recently renovated and consists of the main house for 6/8 people, and a guest house (that cannot be rented separately from the main house) for 2 people. The location is very tranquil, with a well-tended garden adorned with many plants (rosemary, lavender, cyclamen) surrounding the house.
Located on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, this property is within easy reach of the historic
and artistic treasures of central Italy (Lake Trasimeno, Val d’Orcia, Cortona, Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Perugia etc).
Access to the house is via a short section of unpaved road in excellent condition.

At guests' disposal: large, very well-tended garden (entirely enclosed) with beautiful pool reserved for guests' exclusive use (irregular shape, minimum depth 1 m - maximum depth 2,2 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), with panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and part of Lake Trasimeno, sundeck surrounding the pool, outdoor shower (hot and cold water), movable barbecue, beautiful pergola furnished with table and chairs in the garden in front of the house's kitchen. All of the bedrooms have a fan.

Ground floor: entrance onto large living area made up of a large living room (satellite TV) with 2 fireplaces and dining area, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster), room with washing machine, bathroom with shower (without bidet) with access one step down (also directly accessible from outside the house).
First floor (accessible from the ground floor of the house, as well as from the outside via a staircase): sitting room with double sofa bed, double bedroom with private bathroom with small bathtub and access to a large, private covered terrace, double bedroom with outdoor access, bathroom with shower, large double bedroom with fireplace (not usable).
Guest house
Ground floor: entrance onto dining area with kitchen corner (oven) and fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
