Economic air conditioned studio in a nice holiday residence with community swimming pools and garden, close to La Pineda's beach and centre.
This studio, bright and well equipped, counts with a spacious main room, living room with sofa-bed and 2 single beds (pullout bed), an integrated equipped open-plan kitchen, as well as a complete bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilets.
A wide window in the main room lets a very pleasant light in and allows a pretty overall view onto the surrounding fields and to the famous Port Aventura theme park, in the distance.
It is very functional and comfortable with a big fridge-freezer, an oven, a big vitroceramic cooktop, many storage closets, a washing machine, etc...
It includes the air conditioning, an unlimited Internet Wifi connection as well as the complete linen with bed sheets and shower towels and a satellite with international TV channels.
This property is part of a big family residence with two beautiful swimming pools (adults and children) and large green zones, ideal to enjoy the sun and have a relaxing stay.
There is no parking spot associated to this property directly but it is easy to park in the streets around the residence or in a public car park standing about 50 metres from the residence.
Close to La Pineda's main fine sand beach (only 400 metres from there), easily accessible by feet, and to La Pineda's long pedestrian maritime promenade, totally fitted out with shops, restaurants, ice-cream makers, there are bus stops close to the residence with regular lines to the neighbour seaside resorts (Salou, Cambrils...) but also to the cities of Reus and Tarragona.
About 500 metres from the residence, you'll find all kinds of facilities (supermarkets, bakeries, chemists, etc...) and many activities such as, for instance, the Aquopolis water park, the Aquum Spa Centre, children playground for the little ones, etc...
This apartment is ideal for little families or couples who wish to associate the quietness of a family residence, closeness to the beach and an excellent value for money.
Catalonia applies a holiday tax, to be paid on arrival, of 1 Euro per person aged more than 16 and per day, yet limited to 7 days.

La Pineda is a seaside resort over Costa Dorada, which stands 100 kms South from Barcelona, 5 kms South from Tarragona with its rich cultural patrimony and UNESCO classification (Roman ruins), 2 kms North from Salou and close to the famous Port Aventura theme park.
La Pineda extends all the way by a long fine sand beach, appreciated by families for its crystal water and soft slope, ideal for young children; it is lined by a beautiful maritime promenade, for walks and rides, fitted out with palm trees, high pine trees, children playgrounds, shops and pretty fountains.
The seaside resort is favourable to family tourism as it offers activities for people of all age including the Aquopolis water park with its dolphin show, the modern Aquum Spa and Thalasso centre, sports and entertainment activities on the beach, many tapas bars, chill-out cafes, ice-cream makers, shops of all sorts, children playgrounds, musical bars, as well as the big Pacha Nightclub.
From La Pineda, you easily reach Cap Salou, a quiet and family residential area, nestled among a more preserved and natural environment which offers large sand creeks as well as a little shopping centre with stores, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, bus stops with regular 24-24 lines, etc …
Cap Salou has the most beautiful beaches and creeks over Salou, all of them connected to one another and to the resort's animated centre thanks to a pedestrian footbridge which was fitted out a couple of years ago and runs all along the coast.
