Nice very carefully restored stony holiday house situated in a small village near Capannori in Tuscany. The holiday home is only on one side attached to other houses, the remaining three are free and surrounded by a nice enclosed garden with gazebo, table, chairs and pool (hexagonal 5 x 5, deep 126 cm, open 15.04-30.09) with deck chairs for the exclusive use of guests. Ideal spot for trekking and hiking in the softly hillside and interesting surrounding landscape.
A couple of good restaurants and trattorias offers the everywhere known Tuscan food.
In the private Garden also a Barbecue is available.
The Holiday Home for rent in Capannori: Entrance from portico into the living room with TV with satellite antenna and double sofa bed, dining kitchen with oven, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, ironing board and iron.
Bathroom with shower. Free internet connection.
One staircase up leads to the double bedroom and bathroom with shower, another staircase up to the open room with french bed and door to terrace with deck chairs and nice panorama. Very well furnished.
Pets Allowed upon request of € 26,00 per week, payable directly to the house owner.
Every following extras are compulsory :
