Located in Quintal, at the foot of Semnoz, near Lake Annecy, this holiday cottage for 2 to 4 people
people with heated indoor swimming pool, is part of an old renovated farmhouse, part of which is
inhabited by the owners.
The view of the pool from the living room of the cottage is a delight at every moment.
The holiday cottage with a surface area of 70 m² offers:
On the ground floor:
* Living room including: (opens through a French window onto the heated indoor pool)
* An open kitchen fully equipped with: fridge, oven, microwave, hob
4 gas rings, dishwasher, hood and all the necessary kitchen equipment.
* An island in the dining area
* A living room with sofa, TV, DVD, radio.
* Private indoor swimming pool, heated by a heat pump and secured by a lockable door.
Dimensions 7.5m X 3.5m. Swimming from 10am to 8pm.
On the first floor:
* Bedroom 1: A King Size double bed 2x90 cm, storage space.
* Bathroom: Italian shower, washbasin, WC, towel dryer, hair dryer.
Outdoor:
* Enclosed courtyard of about 90 m² including a terrace part of about 20 m² in front of the holiday cottage.
* Parking for a car in the courtyard.
* Storage for bicycles and sports equipment.
To be noted:
* Baby bed and high chair available on request.
* The owners live on site, in another part, independent, of the farm.
* The pool is secured by a lockable door on the pool side and opened by the owner of the
10am to 8pm.
