Located in heart of beautiful, unspoiled nature, this former 18th century mill combines tradition and simplicity. Its gorgeous 5000 m2 park includes a large swimming pool and two natural ponds, stocked with trout and carp. This spacious house can accommodate up to 16 guests, making it the ideal destination for large family gatherings or reunions among friends. The property is well positioned to serve as the starting point to discover the sights, food and wine of the region. The property is available to rent year-round.
This is a wonderful holiday home in the southwest of France. The interiors combine traditional wood and stone with the simplicity of a true family home. The atmosphere is very cozy and offers all the comforts necessary to accommodate 12 to 16 people in the 500 m2 living area. On the ground floor, this former mill features a large communal living room, traditional kitchen and open dining area, all under the ancient wooden beams of the original frame. On the floor, glazed glass tiles serve as little windows over the river that runs below the mill. The sleeping area consists of six bedrooms with three bathrooms and a loft area with four beds. A sofa bed can accommodate one or two additional guests. The lovely covered terrace allows you to take your meals outside, overlooking the gorgeous grounds. The 11 x 5.5 m heated swimming pool completes this charming holiday destination.
