Between vineyards and scrubland, close to the small village of Vallabrix, in a quiet area, this large holiday house with 5 bedrooms will be ideal to welcome a large family with children or several friends. It is on 700m² of enclosed land which, on the pool side, is furnished with olive trees. The large covered terrace houses a built BBQ and garden furniture. You will be in the Duchy of Uzès, between the magnificent Alpilles region, the Ardèche gorges (canoeing), the Cèze valley, the charming Sautadet waterfalls and the majestic Pont du Gard refreshed by a river with small swimming beaches. 4 km away, St Quentin la Poterie with its Mediterranean pottery museum, its squares and shaded restaurant terraces, 8 km away, the pretty medieval town of Uzès, with its cobbled streets and its very romantic Place aux Herbes, and just over 30 km away, Avignon, a festival town renowned for its Popes' Palace and its ramparts, and the ancient cities of Orange and Nîmes, steeped in history.
