The heated indoor swimming pool of this holiday home guarantees that you can swim in any weather. It opens onto a pretty garden with exotic air, decorated with a sauna, a small pool, a trampoline, a playground with slide and 2 zip lines (adult and child). The interior is very spacious, bright and functional, with a large living room on the ground floor, a large lounge and piano, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room opening onto a covered terrace and a bedroom with shower. Upstairs, a mezzanine leads to 4 bedrooms, one of which has a shower, a bathroom and a solarium. This holiday rental is located in the south of Isère, in the Bièvre plain from several mountain bike trails. 5 bicycles available. At the gateway to the Vercors and Chartreuse mountain ranges (pretty hikes), this territory, rich in local products (in particular walnut production), offers you many gourmet stops and cultural and historical sites. You will be 20 minutes from the turquoise waters of Paladru Lake (swimming, water sports and also archaeological excavations), and the charming city of Voiron with its medieval remains, lively markets and festive events. Activities in equestrian centres and first flight in ULM. Further south, 45 minutes away, there are the superb sites of the Royans region: Gorges de la Bourne, aqueduct of St Nazaire, prehistoric cave of Thais, the medieval villages of St Jean and Pont en Royans. Possibility of a wheelboat cruise on the Isère.
