This semi-detached holiday home has 100m² of garden, a swimming pool which, although located on the owner's side, is reserved for you, a shaded terrace with a BBQ and garden furniture, protected by a huge umbrella pine tree. It is located in a quiet residential area, on the heights of the old feudal and fortified village of Châteauneuf de Gadagne. The interior, completely renovated, is in a contemporary style. You will be between the papal city of Avignon, with its Palace, its ramparts and its broken bridge, and the Isle sur la Sorgue, nicknamed the "Venice Provençale", with its antique dealers, its artists and its numerous terraces along the canals where the waters of the Sorgue flow. You can discover the famous AOC wines of the Côtes du Rhône such as Gigondas, Vacqueyras or Châteauneuf du Pape. Nearby, the majestic Mont Ventoux, the Luberon and its Regional Natural Park with its charming perched villages, classified among the "most beautiful in France", such as Gordes, Bonnieux or Oppède le Vieux. In the evening, enjoy the night markets, especially the one in Velleron, and the many festivals, such as those in Avignon and Aix en Provence, and the Chorégies d'Orange.

Quiet environment. Gite very well located in relation to the many sites to visit in the region. Pleasant and attentive owners. A small flat however for the convertible really too uncomfortable for an adult. We recommend this gite.
