This modern home in Oliva, located a few metres from the sand beach, welcomes 6 guests.
Located in a quiet urbanization and with partial views to the golf course, this lovely two-story house has a 3.7 m x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.70 m and an exterior shower. On the terrace you can make a delightful BBQ with friends or bask in the sun on one of the two sun loungers.
The stylish interiors are well-equipped, offering a second home for those seeking comfort. The sitting room with A/C is a nice corner to read a book or watch a DVD with your children. In the dining room you can share laughs and talks with your loved ones. In the kitchen with induction hob you will find everything you may need to cook up a feast and there is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
This home is just perfect for six guests, as it has two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, all located on the first floor. Regarding the bathrooms, there is one bath with bath tub and bidet on the first floor and a second shower bath on the ground floor. We can supply a cot and a high chair if necessary.
The fine grained, quiet sand beach is just 200 meters away and is nice for those seeking nature and tranquility. Apart of this, you can practise windsurf, kitesurf, kayak and surf on the beach. In Oliva Nova there is a riding-stable where you can take riding lessons or, depending on the season, visit national and international equestrian tournaments. On the golf course of Oliva Nova, you can practice the perfect tee-off. After spending a day full of activities, you can take some refreshment in one of the cafés or try typical Mediterranean food like “pebreras farcidas” – paprika stuffed with rice or “figatells”, mini-hamburger made of pork liver and filet. The mineral springs Font Salada maintain its temperature during the whole year and are a relief to body and soul.
Pets up to 8 kg are welcome.
