This charming little cottage conditioning and heated, accommodating 4/5 people, is located on private property with swimming pool, in the village of Hinx Adour. All amenities are present: small shops, grocery, bakery, medical center, pharmacy, dentist, physiotherapist, pedicure, beauty salon, post office, library, auditorium, etc ... In addition, the proximity of the Spa and Health Resorts Dax and Préchacq-les-Bains, is a particular strength for spa guests.
With direct access to the "Greenway" lined with magnificent oaks, you can walk on foot, quiet, or enjoy the bicycles we make available. Or would you prefer to make a table tennis match in the shadow of four majestic oaks that adorn the garden? Unless you like bocce on the private road, adjoining the parking lot? Your children will brighten their games (pool, sandpit, swing, trampoline). They may, if they wish, pitch their tent in the garden safe (on request). And you can rest quietly in serenity.
