Welcome to this authentic Canadian wooden cottage! It is part of 3 cottages, situated in the middle of the countryside, and is prepared for 6 persons.
The beautiful outside area counts with a shared chlorine pool (7,2m x 6,2 m x 1.9m), 4 sunbeds, a spatious green garden area, a furnished porch and magnificent views on the campside's nature.
This cottage of 100m2 consists of 3 bedrooms and a living room with kitchenette, all on the same floor. One of the bedrooms counts with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, a second bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 individual beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. On request, we can prepare a babybed and a highchair for a child untill 2 years old. The general bathroom counts with a shower.
The cosy kitchen-living room counts with a sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, a dining table with chairs and a wood stove for romantic evenings. In the kitchen area, you will find all necessary equipment and utensils to prepare a perfect holiday dinner. The kitchen works on gas. You will aslo find a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The cottage is situated in the urbanization of El Pla de Corrals, in Simat de Valldigna, which is close to the Buixcarró mountainrange (between the Serra Grossa and the Montdúver mountains. Between the valleys of Albaida, Costera and Safor, this mountain range is chiseled by deep ravines and limestone pierced by deep potholes and sinkholes. A mountain range that hides moist, fertile valleys in its depressions.
The acces to this precious spot is through the historical city of Xàtiva, following the riverbed of the river Barxeta, to where the mountains close in on the humid valley, speckled with small fincas and summer chalets. It the perfect scenery for horseriding, hiking and cycling.The historical city of Xàtiva is surely worth a visit: it is full of monuments, churches, museums and streets with a lot of history. In August the annual fair is celebrated, and in March you can enjoy the typical fallas (based on the traditional celebration held in commemoration of Saint Joseph in the city of Valencia; the term Falles refers to both the celebration and the monuments burnt during the celebration).
NOTE: We do not accept youth groups under 25 years for this house. Families and couples alone are welcome. We will need copies of all passports.
