Welcome to this magnificent wooden house for 6 gusts situated in a complex with 3 more houses.
The outdoor areas are shared and well-kept. You can bathe in a community pool (7.2 x 6.2 big and 1,90 m deep)m sunbathe on one of four sunbeds, your children can play on a green lawn of artifical grass while you can take a glass of fresh drink on a furnished porch with magnificent views to the forest. Besides, there is a private furnished porch with BBQ area.
A 100m2-sized house is distributed over one single floor and offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second one has a double bed as well and the third one a double bed and a pull-out bed). A cot or a baby chair can be provided upon request. A bathroom with shower is also available.
In a light living room you can rest on a comfy sofa or on one of the two armchairs, watch a TV. For colder months you can use a fireplace. The kitchen shares the same room and is fitted with all the appliances. Laundry corner offers a washing machine, iron and an ironing board.
The cottage is situated in the urbanization of El Pla de Corrals, in Simat de Valldigna, which is close to the Buixcarró mountain chain (between the Serra Grossa and the Montdúver mountains).
The access to this precious spot is made through a historical city of Xàtiva following the river Barxeta, where small fincas and summer chalets hide themselves in the mountains. This is a perfect scenery for horseriding, hiking and cycling.
The historical city of Xàtiva is worth being visited: it is full of historical monuments, churches, museums and streets. In August the annual fair is celebrated, and in March you can enjoy the typical fallas (based on the traditional celebration held in commemoration of Saint Joseph in the city of Valencia; the term Falles refers to both the celebration and the monuments burnt during the celebration).
NOTE: We do not accept youth groups under 25 years for this house. Families and couples alone are welcome. We will need copies of all passports.
Pets are welcome.
Parking space available for two cars.
