Between port and old borough, the residence is next to the ornithological park of world fame. Located at the south of the marina of Teich, close to one which charms fine sand beach in edge of river (300 m) and of the beach of Teich (distance 4 km, access by footpath or à.vélo), and in the vicinity immediate of the basin of Arcachon, it includes/understands 139 apartments distributed in 18 houses taking as a starting point the the traditional architecture of the 'tchanquées' huts of the Basin of Arcachon. Hello, I was staying in apartment S 13 les Rives Marines. First of all, there is no private parking lot in the residence, but an unguarded municipal parking lot adjacent to the residence. Wheelbarrows are available for unloading. The apartment was on the first floor (20 steps, imagine the pleasure of unloading). The apartment was clean but in poor condition. Hook on sofa fabric. Holes in the parquet. Baseboards peeling in places. Paint on window doors and balustrade all chipped. Household equipment: no shelf for bottles at the bottom of the fridge (broken), 2 large pots and 2 stoves (for an 8-person apartment). No vacuum cleaner in apartment, available at reception. Knowing that in high season, the rental price displayed is 2590 euros; I think that for the same price, we can find better. It's a shame, because geographically, the residence is well located, close to the bird sanctuary and with plenty of cycle paths nearby. Frankly, I wouldn't go back.

We had a pleasant stay, we have already been there twice... the location is ideal because not far from all the beautiful walks to do on the basin .... Small downside on the equipment....we were in an accommodation for 8 people, limited dishes, no oven just a microwave that is a pity because especially in winter an oven would be practical ... and the broom not very young either ...
