Nice studio with cabin, East facing, with balcony. With a surface of 24 m², it can welcome 4 persons. It is situated at the 1st floor of a sunny residence.
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, 2 electric rings, mini oven, dishwasher, cheese machine and electric cafetière + kettle + toaster.
Bathroom with shower. Separated toilets.
Living area with French window onto balcony plus window: 2 stowaway single beds (2*80cm), flat screen television and games.
Cabin: 2 single bunk beds (2*80cm). (Bunk beds are not suitable for children under 6 years old.)

Apartment ok but too small for 6. Many dangerous features in the apartment: - High oven with need to balance on a chair to take out dishes. - Microwave damaged, causing lightning flashes inside when reheating dishes. - Furniture with corners at head level in the narrow passage between living room and bathroom (easy to bump into). - Missing slats on the sofa-bed in the living room which weaken its stability (we injured ourselves because of this). Sheets: We ran out of sheets to rent on site, so we only had access to paper sheets. Lift passes: Retrieving lift passes via the locasun reservation was also complicated, as the staff at the Les Ménuires ski pass didn't know how to retrieve the lift pass with the reservation email (the process isn't well-tested, so it took time and several staff members to retrieve the lift passes). Otherwise, the apartment lived up to other expectations, and was well placed in relation to the slopes.

Quiet accommodation, close to a track. Good bedding. 15 mins walk to the Croisette. Well equipped and well furnished. Attention for the handing-over of the keys, the agency on the spot closes at 7:30 pm what can be complicated in case of traffic jams on Moutiers.

Cozy, well equipped and functional apartment. 2 suggestions : - A sofa type BZ would be more practical and more pleasant instead of the trundle beds in the living room. - replace the blankets by comforters.

Cute and functional apartment - well equipped - bathroom a little small especially the shower and its opening (profile entry even with a normal corpulence) however : problem evacuation shower ->siphon empties instantaneously-> odors go back up (by the kitchen also), probable problem evacuation on the whole of the common pipe of the building of this part, informed agency, no possible solution in the short term :-( skis at the foot of the building to leave, on the way back 100 m walk quite acceptable a bit out of the way but easy center easily reachable (free cable car)
