CHALET 3 BEDROOMS, WITH TERRACE FULL SOUTH ON THE PISTES
For holidays in the mountains, in the heart of the slopes of Puy-Saint-Vincent, renting at 1800m of a pretty triplex chalet of good standing with terrace and balcony, furnished and equipped for 6 people. RESIDENCE LE PARC AUX ÉTOILES SWIMMING POOL AND SAUNA.
SURFACE AREA : 62m².
- On the ground floor: an entrance hall with cupboard and WC, a bedroom with 2 single beds and shower cabin.
- On the first floor: a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, 4 electric hotplates, a microwave grill, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster. A living room with a sofa bed opening onto a south-facing terrace.
- On the second floor: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds opening onto a small balcony, wardrobe and cupboard. Bathroom and separate toilet.
PETS NOT ALLOWED
Larch wood and local stone, the Parc aux étoiles is a luxury residence, ski-in ski-out, nestled in the very heart of the ski area. In winter, enjoy the year-round heated swimming pool and its snow-covered surroundings. In the summer, the snow gives way to the terrace with its deckchairs and parasols. You are at the foot of the hiking trails, the Bike Park, the summer tobogganing, and just a few steps away from the accrobranche and climbing sites.

Pleasant week and quick reception of the keys. Big negative point was the breakdown of the elevator during all the duration of our stay. It also lacks a microwave in the accommodation. The price of the sauna is a little bit dissuasive...too bad. The swimming pool is a plus that we appreciated as well as the proximity of the tracks.

A couple with two children. We had a wonderful time. Fully equipped apartment (did not bring anything, everything is provided and in great condition!!!). Very well located. You can watch the kids on the sledging hill (great if you're a little cold), watch the skiers coming down the slopes, or daydream in front of the mountains with your coffee. Easily accessible. 1st time at 1800, we loved it!!!
