At the time of booking, I had asked to have, if possible, an accommodation with a view of the mountain. We had an accommodation with a view ... on a building. However, the residence was obviously not very busy. The person present at the reception has no empathy for the clientele, no friendliness. The elevator broke down on Sunday, still not repaired on Monday morning, not practical to get the suitcases down from the 4th floor!
