On a peninsula formed by a meander of the Siagne River, 800 m from the beach, the Cannes Mandelieu residence is reached by road and by sea thanks to a private pontoon allowing you to dock directly by boat. 8 km from La Croisette in Cannes and 21 km from the Marineland Park in Antibes.
The small buildings with their colourful shutters, in the southern style, blend into a 5 hectare park planted with Mediterranean species.
For your comfort, the swimming pool and paddling pool of the Cannes-Mandelieu residence are heated from April to November.
And for even more well-being, the Deep Nature® Spa offers you a relaxation area with a hammam and sauna (accessible for a minimum of 2 people) and a treatment cabin (SPA treatments available only from mid-June to early September). The residence also has a fitness room.
The restaurant "Le Riviera" and its shaded terrace under the palm trees offers you Provençal specialities.
