Crête Côte Village is located in the station of Plagne, which belongs to the Paradiski field, one of the greatest skiable fields of the world. The country cottages offer superb sights on the mountain and of Mont Blanc, and are in a calm and wooded environment. They are at 2 minutes in the car of Plagne Village 1800, and with 200 meters of the ski slope, which enables you to go down in ski to the new chair-lift of Roche.Crête Côte Village is a new site, located nearest close to the track of bobsleigh of Plagne, and to a few hundred meters of the entry with Plagne 1800. The twinned country cottages are built of wood and stone of the area, in a traditional style, and are very well teams. We are extremely disappointed by our rental which does not correspond to your description and whose services are not up to the price of the rental. For example: entrance door that doesn't open properly, broken window frame in the living room (we locked it during our stay), freezer door that can't open fully because the radiator is blocking it, bedding in the 2 bedrooms for 4 people in very poor condition (backache), radiator in downstairs bedroom not working, curtain in double bedroom secured with nails (impossible to open without dropping curtain), shower and bath very dirty, dead flies on floor, cobwebs on ceiling, air vents extremely dusty, some chairs broken (unusable). Our main selection criteria for mountain accommodation are distance from the slopes (if you want to get there on foot) and photos of the accommodation. However, your description is misleading on these 2 points: the photos of the interior of the accommodation on the website are not those of the accommodation we had and the distance from the slopes is not at all less than 500m. We had to take our vehicles to a parking lot near the slopes. With the skis in the vehicles (trunks not big enough, so seats folded down), it was impossible to accommodate 5 people, so one of the two vehicles had to make 2 return trips each time. As a reminder, article 1 of the decree of February 14 1967 stipulates that, in the case of seasonal rentals, providing inaccurate information on the characteristics of a property is punishable by a fine of €3,750. As a result, we are obliged to ask you to refund the full rental price of €3879. If you do not return the money, we will be forced to take legal action against you.
