This small outbuilding, not far from the owners' mansion, is located on the side of a hill, about 3 km from Monteggiori. Food shops 3 km away, beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta 6 km away, Forte dei Marmi 10 km away, Lucca 20 km away, Pisa 30 km away, Florence 85 km away. Panoramic view with the sea in the distance. On a clear day, you can even see Corsica. The land is for common use with the owners. For your exclusive use: landscaped panoramic terrace (10 m²) and above-ground pool. Comfortable and carefully furnished holiday rental. Arrival between 4pm and 8pm, departure between 8am and 10am. Other schedules are to be requested from the owners and paid for on site.
