There is a bakery/grocery store, a tobacconist's/newspaper shop, a launderette, restaurants, bars and ice-cream parlours.
Markets, concerts and shows also enliven the square during the season, to the delight of young and old alike.
In addition, you will have :
an aquatic area with 3 pools, a 25m swimming pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aqua-bike during the summer season and finally a pool for the little ones.
The swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-October, it is free for all our tenants on presentation of a card that you will receive on arrival.

The +/- good sides: - Fridge: Clear, Good - Induction cooker: Clear, Good - Small terrace: nice. - Few electric plugs (one available on the sofa side), but a multi plug provided. - Many markets in Barcarès: Easy to buy fresh food (about 3 per week) Criticisms/work to be done: - Mattresses completely worn out, forced to use both sofas to avoid abysses! - Door only locks with the key (the comb is no longer aligned with the door frame) - Mechanical roller shutter needs grease! - Odor of a product called "anti-covid" very unpleasant at the arrival, forced to ventilate 24 hours at least - First price oven: Energy consuming, does not keep the heat. - Sink stopper in the bathroom broken. - Bathroom: Paint on poorly laid tiles starting to come off (risk of leak).
