The town lies in a good, central position for visiting the art cities of Florence and Pisa, which can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Podere Montalbano consists of 5 apartments recently created during a careful renovation of a large farmhouse, all well-equipped and well-furnished and with private external areas. Guests have the use of a 6x12m swimming-pool. There is also a shared laundry with washing-machine, a free of charge wireless internet connection and a vegetable patch with vegetables in season. About 1 km away is the town of Lamporecchio with all kinds of shops, Vinci is 5 kms away, Florence 40 kms, Pisa 50 kms, and Versilia with its beautiful beaches, is 65 kms away. There are private, furnished external areas for each apartment.
