In a wooded setting, 400 m from a large beach, the Residence offers equipped apartments and air conditioning in the rooms. You will appreciate the many facilities for a relaxing and sporty stay: outdoor swimming pools open from mid-April to the end of September, including one with a slide, tennis court, multisports court, sauna and hammam (for a fee), fitness area and small playgrounds for children. You can enjoy our 7 dinners and half board packages at the estate's restaurant-brasserie.
At your disposal on site: wifi access (charged) in the apartments, laundry (charged) and outdoor parking.

Timetables and conditions
Conditions :
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on site: 300€ (2 payments)
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post.
Possible payment: cash, cheque, credit card, holiday vouchers.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 0,99€/day/person (indicative rate)
Arrival and departure times:
Rental formula: arrival between 5pm and 8pm - Departure between 8am and 10am
Escapade package: arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence before 8pm which will inform you of the procedure to follow.
Possibility of stay in Sunday/Sunday in 2 rooms for 4 people.

Well located facility. In terms of crockery, very limited for 4 people. The bread storage is a plus. It would be interesting to make a dog park to avoid droppings in the outdoors! Boulodrome requires to rake it and to give a little new look

Hello, Negative points: as soon as you enter the gate, you get the feeling that the property has been abandoned; the tarmac access paths are devastated. Despite double-glazing, heavy condensation inside. Dirty doors and walls. Feels like entering a hospital room, all white; nothing warm, a pity. Lack of shelves in closets for storing clothes. Strengths: clean common areas; comfortable beds; good kitchen facilities; convenient laundry room. Reception always clean, receptionists smiling and friendly.

Everything was dirty, cupboard door handles sticky,... filthy crockery, the cleaning hadn't been done, and neither had the inventory as a list was missing which I passed on to reception. Apartment in need of refurbishment The occupants are not just summer guests. Accommodation for migrants I absolutely do not recommend it, a disaster despite the good will of the reception.
