Accommodation
Located just a stone's throw from the historic center of the traditional village of Bergheim, the residence is ideally situated for exploring the villages of Alsace. The estate offers fully-equipped apartments with wi-fi access (for a fee), opening onto a balcony or terrace. There's also a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna (fees apply), whatever the weather!

Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site (1 instalment): €300
The deposit is destroyed after inventory. An e-mail will be sent to you for confirmation.
The accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Otherwise, the cleaning deposit will be retained.
Arrival and departure times:
Rental package (1 week or more): arrival between 5pm and 8pm on Saturdays - departure before 10am.
Escapade package (short stay): arrival from 5pm - Departure before 11am.
In the event of arrival outside reception opening hours, please inform the residence, which will tell you what to do.

- Lodging Deposit (compulsory) : 300€ per stay (Caution à régler sur place : 300€. Les cautions sont détruites après vérification. Vous en êtes informé par email dans les 8 jours. L’hébergement doit être rendu en parfait état de propreté. Dans le cas contraire la caution ménage sera retenue. )
- Visitor's tax (adult) (to be paid on site according to current rates)
- Eco tax extra charge (compulsory) : 0.20€ per person per day (Eco participation : 0,20€/personne/nuit (+18 ans) )
