Les Résidences accommodation, composed of semi-detached houses, is located near the beaches and shops in the Rochelongue district. The cottages for 4 to 6 people are fully equipped with kitchenette, terrace or garden.
At your disposal: unheated outdoor swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September and free open parking (1 space per cottage).

Timetables and conditions
Conditions :
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on arrival: 300€ (2 payments: apartment + cleaning)
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 1.65€/day/person (+18 years old). Eco-participation: 0,20€/ day/ person (+18 years old)

Arrival on Saturday, apartments available from 5pm to 8pm
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence which will inform you of the procedure to follow. Departure on Saturday, vacating the apartments before 10am (make an appointment no later than Thursday to fix the time of the inventory of fixtures).
