Schedules and conditions
Conditions:
Prices in euros, per accommodation and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site: €300/apartment or €500/villa or house (2 instalments: accommodation + cleaning).
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure, or by post within 8 days. The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Otherwise, the cleaning deposit will be retained.
Arrival and departure times:
Rental package (7 nights or more): arrival between 5pm and 7pm (until 8pm in July/August) - Departure before 10am.
Escapade package (short stay of 2 to 6 nights): arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am.
In the event of arrival outside reception opening hours, please inform the residence.

Prima accommodatie op een mooi onderhouden terrein. De villa zelf en het zwembad met terras erg gedateerd en naar mijn mening niet van deze tijd, zeker niet gezien de prijs. Wij verbleven er met 4 personen (2 kinderen) en hond
