La Résidence is located 400 m from the village centre, 800 m from the beach of the Estuary and 2.5 km from the ocean. The apartments, from the studio cabin 4 to the 3 rooms cabin 6/8 persons, divided into small groups (1 floor maximum) around the pool, are equipped with free television and wifi access, balcony or terrace.
At your disposal: heated outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool, petanque court, children's playground, beach volleyball court, paid laundry and free closed open parking. Car recommended.

Conditions :
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site: 300€ (2 payments: apartment + cleaning)
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post.
The accommodation must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. Otherwise, the deposit cheque provided for this purpose will be cashed.
Tourist tax to be paid on site.
Departure and arrival times:
Arrival between 5pm and 8pm.
In case of arrival outside the opening hours of the reception, inform the residence which will inform you of the procedure to follow.
Departure before 10am. Make an appointment at the reception to specify the time of your departure.

At first disappointed not to be housed in front of the swimming pool, our opinion changed, it was very hot and the apartment was pleasantly cool... Several problems (not very important) the tap in the kitchen was not fixed (quickly repaired), a bulb burnt out, which we replaced by one of the 2 in the bathroom . On the Saturday of our departure, no more electricity in the main room, coffee and tea with hot water from the sink... But the residence was very quiet, the people living there were very courteous... Our week was pleasant on the whole. We appreciated the very close shopkeepers.
