La Résidence is located 300 m from the beach, 500 m from the first shops and 1500 m from the city centre. It consists of several buildings on 2 levels and villas spread around the reception areas and the swimming pool. The apartments, from 2 rooms 4 to 8 people, are equipped with a terrace or small garden.
At your disposal: unheated outdoor swimming pool, paid laundry and free open parking.
