Accommodations
South of Les Sables d'Olonne, Talmont Saint Hilaire benefits from a preserved natural environment along the wild coast. Close to the sea, the estate consists of small houses with a terrace and wifi access (for a fee). As for leisure activities, everything has been planned for a lively holiday: children's and teenagers' activities and entertainment for everyone in July/August, heated outdoor swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-September, heated indoor swimming pool and whirlpool bath, multisports ground, table tennis, tennis, petanque, games and bicycle hire. In July/August, a free shuttle bus takes you to Veillon beach (4 km) and to the historic centre of Talmont.

Conditions :
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on arrival: 300€ (2 payments: apartment + cleaning)
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post. The accommodation must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. Otherwise a lump sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Tourist tax to be paid on site (all year round): 0,61€/day/person (cottage) - 1,05€/day/person (cottage) (+18 years old)
Eco-participation all year round: 0,20€/day/person (+13 years old)
Arrival and departure times:
Rental package: arrival from 5pm - Departure before 10am
Escapade package: arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In case of arrival outside the opening hours of the reception, please inform the residence which will inform you of the procedure to follow.
