In the heart of the forest, facing the ocean, Soustons Plage welcomes you for an active holiday with family or friends! In a park 10 m from the sea lake, you will stay in small houses with a terrace equipped with wifi access and spread around a large outdoor swimming pool*. Activities will be offered in July/August and you will enjoy many leisure facilities: multisports ground, petanque ground, table tennis, 3 tennis courts, mini-golf, children's playground.
At your disposal on site: bar/restaurant*, bike rental, laundry (charged) and parking at the entrance of the complex.
Your Rental: Studio cabin for 2/3 people (approx. 22 m²) - On the 1st floor or 2nd floor

Timetables and conditions
Conditions :
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on site: 300€ (2 payments: apartment + cleaning).
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post. If departure outside the opening hours of the reception, an additional deposit of 50 € will be required for cleaning.
The accommodation must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.
Payment method: cheque, credit card, cash or holiday cheque
Tourist tax to be paid on site (+18 years old): 2.53€ (max price per person and per night)
Eco participation: 0,20€/night/person
Arrival and departure times:
Rental package: arrival from 5pm - Departure before 10am (make an appointment)
Escapade package: arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In case of late arrival, please inform the village reception in advance.
Possibility of staying in Maisonnette on Sunday/Sunday for 4 or 6 people.

ideal apartment for a family with 2 children. Our location was quiet. downside: the mattress of the trundle bed was hard. There were not enough carts to carry the luggage on the day of departure. The ventilation was noisy.

Super residence, very well animated near many activities. Loan of various equipment (electric barbecue, iron, vacuum cleaner, board and outdoor game). Well shaded accommodation. No trash cans in the aisles except for the large containers at the entrance of the residence.
